We are now getting a growing demand for bulk SEER Rockdust, SEER RockMIX and SEER RockSOIL. All products are approved, with derogation, by the Organic Farmers and Growers (OF&G) organic certification body www.organicfarmers.org.uk. SEER Rockdust is also approved, with derogation, by the organic certification body, Scottish Organic Producers Association (SOPA) www.sopa.org.uk.
As well as the 20kg bags, all 3 products can be purchased and delivered in:
1 ton IBC bags
(intermediate bulk carriers – large builder’s bag with 2 handles)
Loose Bulk loads of up to 30 tons
(loose bulk in lorries)
1. SEER Rockdust: This is 100% pure SEER Rockdust to be used as a top dressing. It adds a multitude of minerals and trace elements to large gardens, agricultural land, horticultural nurseries, amenity pitches / courses and to new or existing forestry / coppicing plantations. SEER Rockdust can be spread with heavy-duty lime-spreading equipment at a minimum rate of 2 tons per acre giving a "one-year" dose OR up to 20 tons per acre giving a "10 year" dose.
1ton IBC’s of SEER Rockdust are priced at £ 70 per bag, Ex VAT, Ex Works, Ex Delivery.

2. SEER RockMIX: This is a blend of 100% SEER Rockdust and PAS 100 approved 100% garden compost and to be used as a top dressing. As well as the benefits of SEER Rockdust this adds the organic benefits and micro-organisms of the compost. As with SEER Rockdust, SEER RockMIX can be spread with heavy-duty lime-spreading equipment at a rate of 2 tons per acre giving a "one-year" dose OR up to 20 tons per acre giving a "10 year" dose.
SEER RockMIX can also be mixed, 50 : 50, with poor soil to significantly improve the quality.

3. SEER RockSOIL: This is a different blend of 100% SEER Rockdust and PAS 100 approved 100% garden compost. It is the same growing medium as used at the SEER Centre as pioneered by Cameron and Moira Thomson. It can be used to fill the smallest pots to the largest gardens required. It is ideal as the fill for terraces or raised beds and is found to be suitable for all fruit, vegetables and flowers trialled to date.
