BioActive FHortitude™
Product Description
BioActive FHortitude™ is an organic plant elicitor that is derived from chitin-rich shellfish. FHortitude™ primes biological defences within the plant to improve resistance to biotic and abiotic stress. FHortitude™ also functions to modify plant-microbial interactions to improve yield and quality. BioActive FHortitude™ can:
- Reduce fungal infections
- Reduce viral infections
- Increase the resistance of plants to pest attacks
- Stimulate growth-promoting microbes and antagonistic biological control agents
- Prime defence mechanisms to aid against abiotic stresses

When applied as a foliar spray
Apply 2 litres of product diluted in 200 litres of water.
Apply between 4-8 times per year and leave 2 weeks between applications.
For seed treatments and root dipping
Apply 1 litre of product diluted in 50 litres of water.
The maximum application rate is 2 litres of product diluted in 50 litres of water.
Application Notes
Apply at a rate of typically 1 % up to a maximum of 4 % of the final solution. This product should not be tank-mixed.
